Jump Training

The Jump Training program advances performance for the jumping athlete. Teaching and training quick and explosive movements, emphasizing proper mechanics, improves vertical jump and greatly reduces injury chances. Our six-week program consists of three, hour-long training sessions per week, with evaluation sessions at the beginning and end.
