Strength and Conditioning!

With the focus on strengthening movements not muscles, each athlete will experience training to improve total body strength and conditioning. Strength and Conditioning will prepare your athlete for the rigors of their athletic pursuits and beyond! This seven-week program consists of three, hour-long training sessions per week, with evaluation sessions at the beginning and end.
